Worklife needed to measure NPS and user satisfaction directly inside their native mobile applications. Traditional survey tools were too web-oriented and lacked the simplicity required for in-app native experiences.

By integrating Told’s mobile SDK, Worklife was able to trigger in-app NPS and satisfaction surveys seamlessly inside their Android and iOS apps. They collected real-time feedback from employees in their daily flow, achieved higher response rates compared to email surveys, and used these insights to continuously improve the mobile experience and strengthen employee engagement.
